SITN is a dynamic and modern news media outlet that lives exclusively on social media. Their mission is to deliver timely, factual, and engaging news updates directly into the feeds of a digitally-native audience. With no traditional website, their entire brand and readership depend on the strength of their social channels. Our job was to forge their brand identity from scratch and execute a strategy to establish and grow their presence into a trusted news source online.
Challenge & Solution
The greatest challenge was building credibility and authority in a space crowded with established news giants and rife with misinformation. For a social-media-only brand, the logo and initial content had to work incredibly hard to convey trustworthiness instantly. We needed to not only attract followers but also cultivate a loyal community that would see SITN as a reliable source for their daily news.

Our Process
We began with a branding workshop focused on defining SITN's unique voice and ethical stance in the news landscape. This informed the logo design and the overall visual identity. Following this, we set up and fully optimised their profiles on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. We then launched the channels with a meticulously planned two-week content blitz, designed to showcase the quality and breadth of their reporting. This initial push was followed by a sustainable, long-term content schedule and a proactive community management plan to handle engagement and build a positive reputation.
